The Role:

NetSuite Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity open for a NetSuite Administrator to work in our Lowell office. As Captivate's NetSuite Administrator, you will work with various business teams (Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to provide the necessary support and customizations for their NetSuite needs. The ideal candidate is a NetSuite expert who can strategically help us build, migrate & adopt NetSuite as our main CRM.

What You'll Do:

Provide support and user training to NetSuite users across Departments.Collaborate with business teams to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate requirements into operational solutions.Support integrations between systems (Salesforce, Tipalti, AvidXchange, Snowflake)Set up new users and maintain role-based access.Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.Enhance existing functionality and improve processes within NetSuite.Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the NetSuite platform.Raise tickets with NetSuite Support and/or with other support teams as needed.Perform CSV imports and Mass Updates as required.Support Production and one Sandbox Account.Comprehend, articulate, and document customizations.Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.Communicate effectively to cross-functional personnel with varying degrees of technical proficiency.Resolve user issues.Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc.Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change management protocols.Serve as primary contact for NetSuite support.What You Bring:

Minimum 7 years overall IT experience with 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite.3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite with at least 2 years NetSuite development experience.Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst.Wide-raging exposure across middleware tools, SuiteCommerce, RF-Smart, CRM, AR/AP, WMS, Demand Planning, Advance Financials, Post Go-Live Support, Process Automations, Reporting.Highly efficient in Custom Records and Lists, Fields, Forms, Roles and Permissions, Page Layouts, Saved Searches and Reports, Workflows, and NetSuite data model.Ability to script in Javascript.NetSuite Certifications preferred (SuiteFoundation, Administrator)Knowledge of Finance disciplines is a plus, as is SQL Server experience.*Research shows that women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
