Oracle EBS HRMS and Payroll Technical Consultant

Responsibilities• Techno-functional role for an Oracle E-Business R12 Suite (EBS) configuration updatespecializing in Oracle HR, Time and Labor, and Oracle Payroll.• Will work with customers and external partners to define requirements and implementsolutions. Includes ongoing enhancement requests, defect corrections, and newdevelopment as needed.• Provides knowledge transfer to COR IT and business staff.Qualifications:• Significant experience in: Oracle EBS R12, developing EBS customizations, extensions,modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms customization, Reports,Oracle Workflow, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework.• Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed.• Assist in Sysadmin support for operations supporting R12.2 environment.• Experience with Oracle ERP R12.2 Oracle Financials.• Experience with Oracle ERP R12.2.2 OTL and Oracle Payroll.• In addition to EBS HRMS experience, knowledge of self service application within HR.• Required 5+ Years Oracle EBS R12, developing EBS customizations, extensions,modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL• Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed. Java coding skills a plusbut not required.• Oracle Workflow Functionality ability to customize workflows to support approvalmanagement• Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets
