As part of the

Global Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team

you will pioneer boundaries in technology and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decisions, fostering innovation, and providing powerful insights to steer the company towards success. The

Product Manager

Business Intelligence & Analytics Product Manager role will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on delivering best in class business intelligence. This roles will be key in developing tools that inform commercial strategy and investment allocations and in driving Revenue Operations initiatives to understand the current and forward-looking status of the business.

Among your responsibilities, you will:

Work closely with business to develop analytic and reporting tools that support the firm's Revenue Operations strategyBuild tools and reports that enable better visibility into E2E customer pipeline management, customer lifecycle and churn preventionLeverage predictive analytics/ AI tools to deliver revenue forecasting insights and future conversion ratesWork closely with key senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (defining the form, content and capabilities needed for the BI solution)Constructively challenging business on assumptions and goals; asking questions that effectively push thinking of business partnersBuild and deliver analytic outputs to senior stakeholders, including preparing analytic slides for meetings and review to support sneior leadership in decision makingUnderstanding multiple data sources and putting together practical and viable data model for the analytics reports being preparedSupport Product Owner in development a comprehensive roadmap the delivers incremental value to the business aligned to overall vision and strategyAssessing the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the current reporting capabilities. Generating solution options and, with the use of an agreed set of design principles, selecting the preferred option to move forwardActing as a functional subject matter expert for partnering to troubleshooting data issues, redesign processes and develop reportsDeveloping training materials and delivering trainings to end-usersCurating backlog of requested enhancementsDevelop and track technical roadmap for feature enhancementsAssist with validation of data and product buildsWHO WE ARE

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Economics. MBA Preferred, but not required8-10+ years of Revenue Ops and/or Finance relevant experience; less experience considered for exceptional performersSound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organizationStrong experience with enterprise software and business intelligence solutions required (Tableau & Business Objects required)Experience coding in SQL, Python and other coding languages

Demonstrated ability to drive projects to scheduled conclusionFamiliarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology will be a plus

YOU'LL WORK WITH

As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analysis Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area Finance teams. As well, as part of the overall Business Intelligence and Analysis team coordinating and working with our other core BIA squads will play a large part in this role
