Job Summary

Provides support coordinating internal resources and vendors for successful project execution and implementation while ensuring all tasks get delivered in a timely manner within scope and budget. Highly experienced in salesforce service cloud solutions with a strong focus on third party systems integration including billing, contact management and call types handling.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Strong attention to detail with ability to translate business requirements into technical jargon.Work with SMEs and business analysts to define a refine business requirements.Regularly interface with IT and business upper management to provide status updates and discuss project direction.Develop a detailed project plan with progress tracking.Manages resources availability and allocation.Measure project and personnel performance using adequate tools.Manage project in agile methodology with defined sprints.Must have the ability to properly prioritize and work multiple tasks.Ability to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Ability to perform risk management to mitigate project risks.Coordinate internal and internal resources.Create and maintain proper project documentation.Establish and maintain third party and vendor relationships.Ability to report and escalate issues and status to upper management.Ability to understand utility industry business processes.Supervise salesforce developers and assign tasks accordingly.

Experience / Skills / Abilities Required

Bachelors degree10+ years work experience with salesforce project management.Ability to work independently and quickly but with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, properly prioritizing multiple tasksStrong communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliar with various software development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Agile, rapid prototyping, etc.) and when to apply the methodologies and their functions within a development environmentAbility to work independently in the development and implementation of major systemsLeverage experience, industry knowledge/best practices, and own personal judgment to accomplish goalsCreativity and the ability to "think outside the box " are required.Collaborative and enjoys taking on new challenges.
