Duties:

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Informatica MDM solution toestablish a centralized and accurate master data repository for party-related entities(e.g., customers, vendors, employees). This role offers an exciting opportunity toshowcase your expertise in MDM and drive data consistency and quality across theorganization.MDM Implementation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensiveimplementation strategy for Informatica MDM, tailored to the Party Model, aligningwith business objectives and data management best practices.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, data governance teams, andbusiness users to understand MDM requirements, data sources, data attributes, anddata integration needs related to party entities.Data Model Design: Lead the design and development of the MDM data model forparty-related entities, ensuring data accuracy, standardization, and adherence to datagovernance policies.

Informatica MDM Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of theInformatica MDM platform, including entity types, relationships, business rules,match and merge strategies, and user interfaces.Data Integration: Coordinate the integration of data from various source systems intothe Informatica MDM solution, implementing data profiling, cleansing, andtransformation as necessary.Data Quality Management: Implement data quality rules and workflows within theMDM system to monitor, measure, and improve data quality across party entities.Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers and data engineersthroughout the implementation process, providing technical expertise and support.Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks within theMDM system, optimizing data loading, matching, and retrieval processes.Testing and Validation: Oversee testing activities, including unit testing, integrationtesting, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the MDM solution meets functional andperformance requirements.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including designspecifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals for the MDMimplementation.Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to plan andexecute the deployment of the MDM solution and provide post-implementationsupport to resolve any issues.Education Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Master's degree is a plus.General Experience:Proven experience as a Technical Lead in implementing Informatica MDM solutions,with a focus on the Party Model.In-depth knowledge of Informatica MDM tools, including MDM Hub, Data Director,and ActiveVOS, and their functionalities for party entities.Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, data integration, and dataquality management.Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices related to master datamanagement.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset to resolve complex technical challengesduring implementation.Informatica MDM certifications, such as Informatica MDM Developer Specialist orInformatica MDM Administrator Specialist, are advantageous.
