About the Opportunity
DMI is hiring a Program Manager. DMI is actively hiring a Program Manager with Application Management Services (AMS) experience. The ideal Program Manager will partner with our automotive division to support connected vehicle capabilities across the USA and Canada. These system are comprised of several backend, frontend, and middleware applications. They are used to integrate connectivity units inside of the vehicle. This enables features like the ability to remotely start the vehicle or ability to know the last parked location of the vehicle or ability to change their network carrier or ability to share lock their vehicle using an Alexa voice command and many more! Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to successfully manage mid-to-enterprise level IT projects Ability to proactively foresee issues and quickly develop solutions Responsible for full lifecycle project management within a complex global ecosystem Creation of flow diagrams to ensure an operational view of functionality Operational tasks (i.e. monitoring, analysis, and reporting) Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and teams
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience: 10+ Years of IT experience 5+ years' Program/Project Management experience 2+ years' experience in status reporting to major stakeholders and C-level executives Experience on Agile and Waterfall both methodologies will be a plus MS tool skills - Excellent hands on skills with 'MPP/PPT/Excel' Communication skills - Excellent written, oral and presentation skill Understanding of core and popular technologies around AWS, APIs, Web-services and Java/j2ee Understanding of system integration concepts and especially API specifications
