Currently, RG is building a candidate pool of qualified individuals to perform as Enterprise Architects to support future customers modernizing legacy government environments. These roles will be critical in supporting our customers’ overarching missions of consolidating existing systems into a single user focused platform that meets the needs of the stakeholders. Candidates may not be contacted until a need arises.
A Day In the Life:
The chosen candidate can expect to be responsible for creating and/or reviewing solution, systems, and information architecture products and content for compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards. The Enterprise Architect will provide enterprise-level architecture design and implementation expertise to cross-functional delivery teams using Agile methodology. The candidate must have hands-on experience building enterprise-level solutions across multiple technologies. Specific responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Business Analysts and members of the Agile delivery teams to collect enterprise-level architectural artifacts and elicit business requirements to help design flexible and coherent processes.
Providing support to the program regarding architecture status, including the identification of gaps, redundancies, potential risks, and areas of improvement.
Evaluating the effectiveness of architecture functions and providing guidance/coaching to improve effectiveness
Creating and managing architectural models/artifacts to document a conceptual, logical, and physical architecture
Updating the architecture based on new requirements or operational issues
Provide communication to all levels of management including the Program Manager and CTO.
Establish a strong rapport with various stakeholders with the ability to communicate between them and the project team in a clear and concise manner.
Deliver solution-oriented designs and roadmaps based on customer needs, requirements, and specifications.

They possess excellent customer service skills, remain current on industry trends, value team work, and have a wide range of interpersonal skills.
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, all candidates must meet the below qualifications to be considered.
BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience using Enterprise Architectural tools/applications such as Visio, Sparx, ABACUS, etc.
Previous experience in an enterprise architect role
Possess a solid understanding business process modeling
Experience creating and implementing enterprise architectural models across frameworks such as Zachman, DODAF, TOGAF, etc.
Professional, applied experience with Agile methodology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Site badge or ability to obtain
