Senior Software QA Engineer

SENIOR SOFTWARE QA ENGINEER MapR Technologies, Inc. is recruiting for our Santa Clara, CA office: Senior Software QA Engineer (job code 37678): Design, implement, and execute Java based test code for MapRs big data platform. Identify product system, integrate tests, and code them for feature quality certification and ongoing release regression tests. Use Java, C/C++, Linux, Windows, Mac OS, and Hadoop technology. Design and implement Java/TestNG based distributed test framework. Analyze customer-originated product bugs and bridge the testing gap by adding required test code. Research on big data technology innovations and identify suitable ones for MapRs product quality engineering. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 24 months of experience.
