PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
In-field support for actuation retrofits to include data collection, measurements, etc.
In-field Installation, Calibration, and Commissioning of new and retrofit actuators.
In-field Troubleshooting and evaluation for repair or replacement of existing actuators.
In-shop support for adaption, assembly, and calibration of new actuators.
Communication with Inside Sales and Engineering teams to determine best fit for customer applications.
Communication with Account Managers, Service Team Leaders, and Customers to ensure customer performance expectations and timelines are well supported.
Follow all safety guidelines.
NOTE:

QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :
Preferred minimum 3 years actuation experience; electric actuation preferred; machining experience a bonus.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured on company insurance
Must have high mechanical aptitude
Must be very customer focused

Physical Requirements:
Lift objects weighing up to 44lbs
Turning and twisting while lifting or moving
Navigate/climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding at client and customer sites at least 10- 30 feet in the air and sometimes higher
Travel:
Overnight travel up to 50% as required to support customer needs
Must be willing to work on site at customer facilities
