In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Design/Architect Test Automation framework and develop Test Automation code using Python script and TestComplete for new and existing Microbiology SoftwareWrite Test Scenarios using Gherkin LanguageBuild and maintain C/CD pipelines using Azure Devops integrated with TestCompletedd to and maintain tests in the existing Smoke Tests and Regression Tests SuitesProvide improvements and enhancements to the existing Suite of TestsIdentify Testing Best Practices and ensure good test coveragessist Management with resource allocation and project planning tasksProvide leadership to drive improvements and build skillset within the Software Test teamTrain others and bring new testing knowledge to the team
The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 5+ years programming experience or master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 3+ years programming experience3+ years of experience testing Desktop ApplicationsDemonstrated familiarity with Agile Scrum MethodologiesExperience building continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD) using Azure Devops or JenkinsExperience building Test Automation Framework from ground up using TestComplete or similarC++, C# or Java Development experienceDemonstrated team leadership ability, strong communication and collaboration skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Client-ALMHuman Factors / UsabilityMedical device software development under FDA and global regulation
