RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides technical support for software developmentLeverages SharePoint Online, the Power Platform, and related M365 workloads to automate business processes and design custom solutions for clientsSupports the development solutions that will address a wide range of business needs including workflows, forms, document management, business reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BIWorks with data from a variety of data sources and interpret the data to provide meaningful reports that supports the customer's day to day business and provides solutions should be simple and easy to maintainReports to technical lead for tasks and/or projectsDevelops, transition and test the move of SharePoint workflows to Power AutomateDevelops plans for automated information systemsAnalyzes user interfaces, maintains hardware and software performance tuning, analyzes workload and computer usage, maintains interfaces with outside systems, and analyzes proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTSIntegrates, tests, and debugs software componentsPrepares required documentation including program-level and user-level documentation; enhances existing software systemsGeneral consultant support to include project management tasks, meeting facilitation, and ad hoc duties as neededRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree or 7 years industry equivalent experiencePosition requires a deep background check which includes current compliance on US income taxes (personal and business), a credit check, and a 7-panel drug test5 to 9 years demonstrated performance in related information technology dealing with complex networks, planning, system design, implementation, and recovery or in a related area such as software development and integration efforts3 to 5 years architectural experience with SharePoint (2013, 2016, 2019, SPO)Experience in at least one major migration of an organization to a Cloud environment; two or more preferredProven ability designing and implementing client-specific information architectures based on industry best-practicesAbility to design and lead clients towards efficient and well-governed collaboration methods within the platformExperience with Cloud environmentsClear written and oral communicationsUnderstanding of Microsoft server and desktop environmentsDesired Skills:Microsoft 365 certificate(s), Microsoft Architect or PowerApp certificate(s), and/or other Cloud certificationsStrong working knowledge and proficiency with SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business usage, best-practice implementation, and administrationHands-on technical administration experience with one or more of the following: Office 365, Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid)/Outlook, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, AD ConnectProficient in the reading, writing, and execution of PowerShell scriptsAbility to work in a 100% remote environment with teammates in remote/hybrid/onsite rolesPrevious experience in federal government agenciesExperience working in 100% remote positions with teammates in hybrid/onsite roles
