This role is critical in helping the business to execute the transformation program to transition from 20 years highly customized SAP system to a more recent SAP version which integrates global manufacturing operations and ties all the critical endpoints. This role will be part of the Business Systems Implementation Business PMO organization, and the scope will include custodianship of all Ultrasound products Master Data supporting multiple manufacturing plants. As a Senior Master Data Analyst (ERP/PLM) you are responsible for (but not limited to): - Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end business flows supported by the legacy system (SAP/R3 4.6) and the satellite interfaces that enables our customer order fulfillment platform - Develop a thorough understanding of the Master data setup that enables the as-is business process flow - Understand the target SAP system (SAP ECC 6.0) master data requirements to migrate the master data to enable a smooth execution of the business processes in the target system - Ensure accurate, and complete master data is migrated to the target ERP system to ensure uninterrupted process flow across the supply chain functions (PLM, PP, SD, IM/WM, PUR, FICO, IB, etc.) - Ensure master data (MM, BOM, etc.) interfaced by the PLM system is accurate for further supply chain enrichment. - Enable smooth execution of master data enrichment for multiple plants. - The incumbent is responsible for organization and governance of master data to facilitate end-to-end functions of planning, master scheduling, manufacturing, sales and distribution. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: - 5 to 7 years of experience being an integral part of an ERP implementation program, designing and developing master data templates for the business to support the business process flows - Technical background that demonstrates strong proficiency with structuring data in SAP with Configurable Products supporting multiple manufacturing plants - Must have a thorough understanding of material master records, bills of material, variant configurator, configuration profiles, object dependencies, product hierarchy, work center definition, routings, classification data, etc. - Experience implementing SAP/ERP (and PLM) solution to support manufacturing configurable products, and sales and distribution of the products to customers - ABAP programming, and database skills including writing SQL queries - Data-driven decision-making with the ability to move teams through vague and complex situations - Experience in complex, cross-functional, multi-supplier projects - Self-driven, highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment - International team experience - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate across cultures - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
