Skills & Responsibilities:
Develops and directs the delivery of software programs including design, build and test in various software technologies, application programs in accordance with a specified business need and in a way that achieves the development goals for assigned projects. Application developers typically work as part of a project team, and also communicate progress, technical issues and their resolution.Objectives:Leverage in depth knowledge of multiple (new and emerging) technologies to design and implement strategic technical solutions in accordance with business needsDeliver innovate designs of high complexity which allow building a scalable end to end architectureAccountable for providing estimates and logical work plan to deliver applications on time and within budget that meets or exceeds quality standardsCreate the softwares architecture and/or employ rapid application development toolsDrives analysis of problems to understand root cause and provide recommended solutionsLead projects of low to medium complexityResponsibilities:Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needsCollaborate with IT and Business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end to end technical solutionsPerform system design and specification development, program logic and flowcharting that meets the stated project objectivesIdentify resource needs and work with the Project Manager to build project teamIdentifies and manages dependencies and downstream impacts of the project to minimize adverse effects on other projects and / or programsProvide status and progress updates to Project ManagerIdentify and communicate technical risks, issues, and changesPerform coding to written technical specificationsContribute to design review meetings with other members of Application DevelopmentPerform complex defect verification, debugging, testing and supportInvestigate, analyze and document reported defects.
