Qualifications Required:

Experience:

Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback.

Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management.

Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Documentation:

Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts.

Maintain branch-wide inventory of LAN/ WAN funded assets, including equipment, licenses, and maintenance.

Asset Management. Day to day management of maintenance and licensing contracts.

Collaboration and Communication

Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and management.

Communite and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Serve as a liaison between the LAN/ WAN Program, the courts, and vendors. Provide vendor escalations, and other information/communication as needed.

Collaborate with program/project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Experienced at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders, coworkers, and vendors.

Excellent written, verbal communication skills.

Others:

Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio.

Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:

Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type helpful.

Responsibilities:Maintain branch-wide inventory of LAN/ WAN funded assets, including equipment, licenses, and maintenance.Asset Management. Day to day management of maintenance and licensing contracts.Serve as a liaison between the LAN/ WAN Program, the courts, and vendors. Provide vendor escalations, and other information/communication as neededAssist creating project and technical documentation to ensure project success and compliance with JCC and program standards and industry best practices.Analyze, gather, and document requirements and ensure alignment of and sign off from stakeholders.Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues that may impact successful project delivery.Provide business writing support to project team members.Communicate with contracted vendors, trial court personnel, justice partners, and management regarding deployment strategies, identified issues, and possible resolutions.Provide support throughout the development lifecycleMaintain documentation for the LAN/WAN program, including project plans, business requirements, technical specifications, and user documentationMaintain notes and other project artifacts.Provide status report as required.Other tasks, as assigned.
