Position: Sr. RPA (UiPath) Engagement Manager
Location:Redmond, WA / Seattle, WA

Our team is growing and we are looking to add RPA / UiPath Engagement manager to our unit. Ideal candidate should bring in the right combination of Management/Architect/SME mindset with strengths and expertise per below:
Knowledge and experience with Pre-Saleswork. Be the SME to discuss the potential RPA use cases with the Directorlevel customers.
Sales - Drive pursuits as part of theengagement pipeline and be the POC as Engagement manager to represent.
High-level Design/provide Architectoversight.
Technically sound - background of RPA,UiPath, Cloud/APIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
8 to 10+Years of experience in IT Consulting Services and background in leadingManaged Services engagements
Strongstakeholder management - external and internal including Exec levels
Manage andLead manage RPA/UI Path engagements and act as the regional POC. Provideday to day operational oversight and leadership to assigned program(s)
Participatein problem solving, root cause analysis and any response function towardscontinual service improvements
Collaboratewith internal and external teams to deliver solutions with in agreedtimelines with quality output. Analyze, understand and document businessprocesses in detail, where required.
Understandcustomer business and partner with stakeholders to optimize / transformthe business
Developstrategies for customer management and improving satisfaction.
Ensure crosstraining and upskilling of team members.
Guide teamfor designing better and robust reporting mechanisms through dashboards.
Ensureadherence to privacy and security policies agreed with the client.
Track,Monitor and improve contractual SLAs and KPIs.
Designimprovement and remediation plans in consultation with enabling teams.
Ensureoptimized staffing levels are maintained for the successful execution ofthe program.
Participatein governance and business reviews.
