Need candidate with 11/10 Communication Skills and Strong technical Knowledge !Payroll & BenefitsResponsibilitiesGather requirements and define solution for payroll and benefits integrations for countries within the scope of the integration.Review solutions with developersDefine testing plans with business stakeholders. Execute testing of integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendorsCoordinate business testing of integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendorsObtain signoff on integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendorsDeliverablesLarge experience with Workday Integrations & ReportsNeed to be strong functionally and TECHNICALLY with the HR modules.They will support the testing efforts (and likely roll-up their sleeves and do some of the testing).Need to strong test planning & test case development experience associated with HCM.Good Visio skills would be very helpful.Must have field-level knowledge of HCM module data.Must have strong comm skills to liaise with project stakeholders & business.
