SR. Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:• Primary responsibilities include performing project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of network and security solutions.• Working with our customers and the engineering team to successfully implement secure LAN/WAN network solutions.• LAN routing and switching design, configuration and deployment in small to very large enterprise environments.• Provide network engineering consulting services, including: assessment, design and implementation of Wireless infrastructure and network security products/solutions.• ssist clients through planning, design and implementation of secure data communications and Wireless networks.• Develop comprehensive graphical and text-based design documentation and effectively manage the implementation process from design to customer acceptance.Required Skills:• Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation and support of the following:o Complex routing and switching solutions (Cisco is a must)o NGFW/Firewalls/VPNs ( Cisco).o SDWAN Experience (Meraki and Cisco a must, Silver-Peak is a plus).• Foundational Knowledge in the following areas a plus.o WS/Azure Cloud Network and Security.o IDS/IPS solutions (Sourcefire/Palo Alto a plus).o uthentication solutions including 802.1x/RADIUS/TACACS, MFA(Okta, Duo) and RSA.• Drive to learn programmable infrastructure skills (PYTHON, NETCONF, Ansible, APIs, REST, YANG etc).Education and Experience:• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience• 7 to 10 years of experience in project-based engineering, design, installation and troubleshooting of Network and security solutions.• CCNP or 7+ year equivalent experience is required
