What This Position Is All About:

As a CRM Specialist / Analyst, your job duties include organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data and helping the marketing team deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships. This role will work cross-functionally across the organization and will support various teams with customer analytics necessary to support customer strategy, customer journey mapping, promotional planning, product expansion and prioritization of customer experience enhancements. This is a newly created role and will report to the Senior Manager, CRM.

Day-to-day execution of lifecycle marketing communications across the email, SMS and Push marketing channelsCreate campaign briefs to ensure content guidelines and project requirements are shared with internal and external partnersCollaborate with ESP, Creative, Digital Strategy, Loyalty QA and Production teams to timely sign off on lifecycle marketing assetsSupport the development of targeted segmentation strategies across touchpoints to advance personalizationPerform A/B tests and measure performance to continually optimize our campaigns across channelsContinuously identify opportunities for efficiency and conduct research on best practices and benchmarks to drive best in class email, SMS, push marketingAssist with the onboarding of new platforms/partners and support technical campaign implementationResponsible for managing and maintaining the data quality / hygiene of the CRM databaseAnalyze customer behavior to advise key business stakeholders on new opportunities to acquire new, retain and reactivate lapsed customersWork with CRM and data team to report on campaign outcomes & help maintain reporting dashboardsDevelop CRM reports to measure performance across key markets and channelsEstablish and maintain KPI reports and dashboards that communicate key business trends and highlight opportunities for growth and operational improvementsPerform ad hoc responsibilities as requiredYou Also Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or similar field1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, Retail or similarKnowledgeable in CRM, customer analysis and reportingStrong background in analysis, able to pull insights and recommendations out of the data to make strong, data-driven recommendations and decisionsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and TeamsShows curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learnStrong verbal and written communicatorStrong presentation skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional teams and leadershipStrong at project management skills ensuring all deadlines are met and objectives are clearly communicatedHighly organized, analytical and detail orientedAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $62,500 and $70,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
