We are looking for a Senior Azure Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in energy or utilities industries to play a pivotal role in our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and expertise in Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure full-stack applications on the Azure platform, utilizing Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Lead the implementation of best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, documentation, and version control. Utilize modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using .NET Core, Node.js, or other relevant technologies. Leverage Azure PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps for application development and deployment. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the energy and utilities industry, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage technology for business innovation. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies. Proven experience working with Azure Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings and a deep understanding of Azure architecture and services. Strong proficiency in front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) and proficiency in HTML/CSS. Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core, Node.js, or similar technologies. Solid understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, test-driven development (TDD), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the energy or utilities industry, with knowledge of industry-specific challenges and regulations. Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. Salary and Benefits:
