Ability to architect solutions to accommodate complex business needs and design architecture to align technologies from our financial client's Services and infrastructure within the CSDM frameworkDesign and implement ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practicesEnsure solution design and process consistency and continuity across the CMDB and the processes that depend on the CMDBCreate written architecture view templates for and document CMDB platform design in conjunction with the CMDB Class ManagerReview and approve all requests for the administrator log on credentials and access rights to the CM infrastructureDesign, implement, manage, and ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the CMDB with external sources of data (e.g.: SCCM, JAMF, etc.)Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of CM and Discovery governance processes, procedures, and policies
