QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
years of total application development experience.years of IT infrastructure experience.years enterprise architecture experience.years of experience in Object oriented programming.years of experience with SQL scripting and ETL (SSIS) programming including Business Intelligenceand SQL Data Warehouse structures.years of experience JavaScript experience.years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, and application development using C# and Scrum.years of experience in Angular JS.years of architect design and development experience with .NET applications and entityframework; including Linq to SQL, Linq to Entity, MVC, Object-Oriented programming, and ASP .NET.years of experience providing design review and best practices to development team in accordancewith client project specifications.years of experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and Microsoftsuite (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Access).years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.years of experience working with and managing Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).years of experience with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure cost analyses,DevOps (including pipelines, triggers, blob storage, data migration, data warehouse, scheduling VMsand Webjobs, ADF, Graph API, AM templates, and other configuration) and skilled in integrating AzureAD into a web application using OpenID Connect.years if experience with Department of Health IT security standards including data encryption andapplication hardening.years of experience managing scope to product owner specifications.year of experience working with the Department of Health, Agency of Health Care Administrationand Florida Health Kids electronic referral and enrollment files.Knowledge and experience working with Department of Financial Services systems including interfacingwith their electronic automating of invoicing and voucher processes.Knowledge of Medicaid managed care program and services, data structure, requirements, laws, andregulations.Ability to work independently and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to document procedures, processes, and regularly provide cross training to Department staff onrecurring functions.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:Attend and participate in all aspects of Agile Scrum development projects including but notlimited to the following and as directed by the Department:Planning Sessions,Stand-Up Sessions,Review Sessions,Backlog Grooming Sessions,Pointing Sessions, andRetrospective SessionsModify, create and test application code for identified stories and functions, with a zero defectrate as directed by the Department.Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by theDepartment, and store in a document repository as directed by the Department.Query proprietary data warehouses to combine specialized data sets to support the analytic workof the Department.
