ngular DeveloperIrving TX or Tampa FL- onsite 3 days per weekThrough 9/27/2024$65-68/hr w2 + benefits and $7/hr referral fee to youClientUSC, GCThe Sr Software Angular Developer is responsible for User Interface design and development of automation solutions and improvement of processes and work-flows. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function.
Responsibilities:• Design and develop visually appealing front-end interfaces.• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and implement best practices.• Identify opportunities for automation through data analysis.• Categorize and prioritize opportunities through value-add lens.• Reduce repetitive tasks and support activities & re-engineer support process where needed.• Understand available automation solution/Tools and apply that to relevant use cases.• Visualize automation solution and create proof of concept.• Collaborate with engineering/architecture practice team to innovate, develop and deploy automation solutions.• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgement.• Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
To be effective in this role, candidate should possess the following:• 6+ years of software development experience.• Strong experience required with UI/UX development using Angular for design prototyping.• Working Experience with JavaScript libraries (Angular JS etc.)• Experience in front-end tools, UI design and development• Sound understanding of HTML5.• Familiarity with AI/Client concepts and algorithms, desired.• Experience with data preprocessing, model training and evaluation will be a value add.• 3+ years of RLM (Release lifecycle Management) using tools like BMC RLM (or) Harness etc.• 3+ years of direct experience working in (hands-on involvement) multi-dimensional development projects/programs with diverse technology stack and global deployments• 3+ years hands-on with CI/CD pipeline• 3+ years hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation of automation solutions• Hands-on experience with Chef, Ansible, Linux & Windows (shell/batch scripting & server management), Java, .Net, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup & recovery)• Experience using Service Management Software (Service Now). ITSM certification is a plus.• Any experience with Chef and/or Ansible is desirable.• Working experience in cloud-based technologies and frameworks• Working to deep knowledge of financial products• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, lead diverse partners toward reasonable recommendations, and prepare decisions in a logical fashion with supporting impact, to aid in timely decision making.• Must be a self-starter, effective listener, problem solver and team player.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to understand detailed problem resolution discussions and condense pertinent facts for senior leadership.• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Design, Computer Science, or a related field
