Front Office Team
The Front Office team builds millisecond aware systems that form the core of our key business. Our code supports large transactions with sub-second latency in a fault tolerant manner. We are looking for candidates who share a passion for tackling complexity and building platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude.
ResponsibilitiesDesign high performance software componentsCode using primarily C#Conduct design and code reviewsAnalyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of our systemsMinimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant coding experience in C#Experience building systems with strict requirements for low-latency and deterministic performanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environmentB.S. Computer Science or related technical fieldPreferred Qualifications
Multi-threaded/concurrency programming with lock-free algorithmsKnowledge of CLR internalsExperience with distributed systems design and developmentAn interest in financial markets
