As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing our brand across various channels, including planning, graphic design, social media, and guest relations. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director and President, you'll provide five-star service to internal team members and guests both over the phone and in person. Essential Job Functions:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs with a focus on optimizing content for SEO and digital platformsDive deep into brand audience insights, offers, KPIs, and brand standards to drive marketing strategyUtilize digital advertising and identify opportunities to enhance performance and reachMaintain brand consistency and standards across our website, email campaigns, collateral materials, communications, events, and social media platformsCreate engaging daily social media content, including photos and videos, to connect with current and potential customersMonitor and track all marketing efforts, regularly reporting to peers and leadership, and making necessary adjustmentsCollaborate with the associate creative director to design all internal and external collateral, including promotions, special events, flyers, posters, blog posts, vlogs, and podcastsDevelop a comprehensive strategy to successfully launch new products, services, and team membersPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipRequired Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training and/or Credentials:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and strategy, with a proven track record of successful campaignsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a focus on creating engaging digital contentProficiency in SEO best practices, content optimization, and digital content creationExperience in managing and growing social media channelsStrong graphic design skills, with proficiency in relevant software toolsFamiliarity with podcast and vlog production, including scripting, recording, and editingAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills
