Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement solutions for data cleansing and validation.Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and minimal downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and workflow diagrams.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, job failures, and system performance.Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in ETL development and data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development, with a focus on SSIS.Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.Knowledge of data warehousing principles and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with other ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) is a plus.Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or SSIS is preferred.
