Key Responsibilities:Data Engineering (60%):
Analyze and interpret large volumes of data to derive actionable insights.Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data.Create and manage data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.Collaborate with the data science team to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in accordance with data governance standards.Program/Project Management (40%):
Lead and manage complex data projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, adhering to Project Management Professional (PMP) standards.Oversee cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL programming, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and large data pool management is highly desirable.PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.Proven experience in project management, including the successful completion of complex data-related projects.Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and data modeling tools.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
