RESPONSIBILITIES1. Setup, change, and maintain consumer electronic devices.2. Monitor device health, and perform manual remediation as necessary when devices cannot be automatically remediated.3. End-to-end software/firmware test infrastructure development to support testing of power-management, boot loaders, scheduling, RTOS and/or bare-metal implementations, and host tools.4. Review software, firmware, hardware, and IP architectures to ensure testability and evaluate integration risk.5. Develop software and related tools to automate testing of a large variety of devices and interfaces from host side tools to low-level embedded systems.6. Support all phases of development and test - including early architecture requirements definition for custom silicon, firmware architecture, implementation, simulation, FPGA debug, chip bring-up and support systems and software teams.

Top Skills:1. 5+ years of software and test experience with at experience related to embedded systems2. Familiarity with data acquisition systems and diagnostic equipment, such as oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, and power supplies3. Knowledge of software testing methodologies including CI/CD4. Proficient Python programming5. Experience providing clear communications and work well with cross-functional teams6. S (Windows, Linux), RTOS, UBOOT, Python, FPGA, UART, SPI, CSI-2, i2c, GPIO, USB, PCIE, CI/CD, Jenkins

Additional Information:Selected candidate will be working out of Burlingame, CA office along with FTE's in R product lines.

Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
