We have very stringent SLAs, hence the candidate should be flexible to jump on to the call and help resolving the production issues quickly. A strong Production Support (L2 and L3) experience is mandatory.
Strong AS400/System-i resource with minimum 8 years of experience.Should have production support experience.Should be able to write/analyse RPG, RPGLE, CL, SQLRPGLE, service program.Should be able to handle job failure, complex program analysis.Should be able to lead from the front and guide offshore team.Having working experience in retail domain will be good.Having knowledge of MQ processing would be a plus point.Should be open to work on weekends on need basis
