Job Description:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to join our innovative team. As a Java Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable Java-based solutions, providing technical leadership, and guiding development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies, architectural principles, and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of complex Java-based applications and systems.Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, frameworks, and tools to meet project objectives.Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to architectural guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver successful software solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the architectural roadmap.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Java Architect, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.In-depth knowledge of Java technologies and frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and related tools.Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
