Apply now to join our constellation of stars!About the position:You will provide technical expertise and leadership in the implementation and deployment of Reltio, a cloud-based data management platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that effectively leverage the capabilities of the Reltio platform.RequirementsResponsibilities:Configure Reltio data model, define and tune match rules, define survivorship rules, setup source data loads using RIH or other tools, configure exportsConduct requirements and design workshopsDevelop MDM architecture and design documents on client implementationsContribute and review test plans and test case development and participate in system and user acceptance testingContribute to MDM strategy and assessment engagementsDeliver client and internal Blue Labs projectsCreate documentation including for requirements, data specific documentation, design and end user training documentsWork directly with senior clientsCollaborate with and mentor other Blue Altair team membersBe a subject matter expert and a go-to team member who adds value daily. Someone willing to go the extra mile and if they do not have the information requested, they either know who does or they volunteer to find out.Experience Required:At least 6 years of experience working with a professional services organizationMust have worked on at least 3 full lifecycle Reltio MDM implementationsDeep technical knowledge of MDM architectural designs including integration approachesAbility to support multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teamsGood experience with data integration, data quality, project life cycle phases, best practices and processesCore business consulting skills: systems analysis, technical communication and collaborative problem solving.Excellent communication skills and capability to engage with customers, stakeholders to drive MDM design-decisionsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as relationship-building that adds value for cross-functional collaboration and project impact assessments.Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Engineering or equivalentExperience nice to have:Certified with Agile ScrumKnowledge of cloud technologies – AWS, GCP or AzureExperience with integrating with CRM/ERP applications*This position is REMOTE*BenefitsIn addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer abundant opportunities for you to achieve, excel, and surpass even your own expectations.
