Aaron's Customer Service Technician

Aaron's Customer Service Technicians are recognized as the front line to our customers both for deliveries and sales. As brand ambassadors, their goal is to provide a top-notch, red carpet customer experience and increase sales execution. As a Customer Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and demonstrating merchandise in our customer's home, while providing outstanding customer service and increasing sales along the way!

The WorkLoad, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise without damageVerify product information and accessories to ensure it matches deliveries and returnsEnsure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to deliveryOffload, install and demonstrate merchandise for our customers safelyPerform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returnsConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signature on lease agreementsAssist sales team with field marketing programs requested by store managementSupport in maintaining the showroom floor and store's warehouse by moving and organizing merchandiseMaintain the store's warehouse in a neat and orderly mannerSafely operate delivery vehicles and follow delivery schedule set by managementAccurately document all vehicle movement on daily route sheetsTeam partnership with both Sales Manager to drive revenue and to meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goalsAccept and process customer paymentsUpdate customer information and account statusesAnswer incoming service callsProcess order forms and referencesMaintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counterFile and maintain customer informationAssist customers on the showroom floorAssist in the maintenance of the showroom including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and merchandisingConduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are metAny other reasonable duties requested by managementRequirements

Valid state Driver's License and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR (driving record)Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certificationAbility to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pmAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dollyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectivelyProper customer service etiquetteUphold the Aaron's brand and protect company assetsMaintain a professional appearanceStrong technical skills and/or working knowledge of products
