Job Description:
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in guiding teams insuccessfully creating and delivering products. As a Scrum Master at Prama, you will play a crucial role in ensuringthat our Scrum teams live by the values and practices of Scrum.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Remove impediments to the team's progress and protect them from external interruptions.Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.Track progress through various metrics and report on team performance.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.Act as a servant leader, providing support and facilitating collaboration among team members.Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.A technical background in software development, testing, or project management is desirable.Soft Skills
Knows agile development best practices and has scrum exposureExperience working with geographically distributed teamsFast learner, ability to perform well in ambiguity and with little supervisionStrong problem-solving abilitiesBenefits:
