Position Criteria: Role: Developer Location: Findlay, OH, San Antonio, TX, or Denver, Colorado Experience Level: Mid-Level (4-7 Years Experience) Education Level (recommended): Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Skill Requirements: Mid to Senior-Level Experience Description: Requirements Development Skills- .NET Core, ASP.NET (MVC), C#, JavaScript, Entity Framework, LINQ Database Skills - Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure framework - Function Apps Strong communication abilities Experience working on a team Nice to haves, but not required Experience with Azure IoT hubs, containers, machine learning, etc. Experience integrating systems together (through web services, APIs, etc.) Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Experience with Azure DevOps, git Source Control, Work Items usage Other Information: The role will be supporting and enhancing Midstream(Logistics & Storage, Gathering & Processing) applications within the scope of the Midstream IT Solution Delivery Team. This group is responsible for internal development of all MPC Midstream applications. Working in an agile/scrum team to support a suite of Midstream products, with a focus on internally developed applications and integrations, this will include absorbing other legacy applications that will need to be decommissioned. Supporting and enhancing existing internally developed .NET Applications Interacting with the business and other partnering IT groups on application questions, planning enhancements, etc. Skillsets recommended by members of the team: C# .NET Framework 4.7.2/.Net Core 3.1/.Net 6 Dapper Unit Testing (MSTest, Moq) Microsoft SQL experience Multi-threaded development Object oriented design and development Azure Development Azure DevOps Continuous Improvement - Originating actions to improve existing conditions and processes; identifying improvement opportunities, generating ideas and implementing solutions. Desired/Expected Start: 06/13/2023 Travel Requirements: None Other: Would prefer someone who is a self starter, can take a list of requirements and ask for clarification where needed. Location - We are flexible between Findlay, San Antonio, and Denver. Full Remote is also an option for the right candidates. Open-ended contract - potentially contract to hire again for the right candidate, I wouldn't offer that to everyone.
