The Role

:Refining product backlogs and experience organizing and tracking work items in Epics, Features, User Stories, Bugs, and Issues and creating Dashboards. Develop supporting artifacts such as but not limited to Project Vision Document, Journey Maps, Business Workflows, Enterprise Analysis, develop templates etc., based on interviews with the technical team, business team and subject matter experts.Write requirements, define acceptance criteria and manage the state of user stories throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)/ Project lifecycle and develop mock-ups and artifacts to support the development effort.Work closely with the development team to address questions discovered during the development phase, validate the code developed matches requirements and acceptance criteria defined in user stories. Assist with coordinating or creating test plans for business users and assist with test case creation based on their perspective and understanding of responsible business processes. Facilitate engagements between the product owner/business stakeholders and development team members at any time during the project life cycle.Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to support testing processes in pre-production environments. Align with company QA standards, applying them to assist in the development of test cases. Ensure the test cases provide adequate code coverage of user stories and include mapping user tests to traceability matrices to provide adequate coverage.During release cycles work closely with the stakeholders to support the releases, working as a liaison to technical resources and serving as the subject matter expert on the underlying business rules for the system/application in case there is a need during the validation of a release.Experience You Will Need:4-5 years' experience functioning as a BA on a large-scale enterprise level application.2-3 years of experience in project co-ordination.Experience working in an agile development environment. Certified Scrum Master a plus.Highly knowledgeable in JIRA architecture from an user, process, and/or implementation prospective.Create and manage user story work item from gathering requirements and adding artifacts obtained from the business.Be able to develop supporting artifacts based on interviews with the technical and business team, writing acceptance criteria, assisting with the development of acceptance criteria and migration of user stories from committed to ready for test processes.Ability to prepare project status summary reports and presentations.Collaborate with internal team and update project statusAbility to prepare metrics reports based on data from various technology platformsAbility to create OKR's or KPIsProactive, detail-oriented, extremely organized, and accountableHigh energy level and flexibility to meet a variety of demandsCollaborative with a can-do attitude, ability to work as a team player who builds effective working relationshipsGood communication, writing skills and ability to interact with a diverse group composed of various lines of business and technical staff.Experience with Cloud technologies
