Job Duties:

Performs and/or oversees software and application installation and upgrades.Installs, configures and maintains employee computers, Windows networks, file servers, networking cabling and other related equipment, devices and systems; adds and/or upgrades and configures disk drivers, printers and related equipment.Investigates user problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions; test and implements solutions.Troubleshoots networks, systems and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.Develops and conducts various training and instruction for system users on operating systems and other applications; assists users in maximizing use of networks and computing systems.Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end users on the network.Assists personnel of other departments as a computer resource.Provides computer orientation to new and existing company staff.Demonstrates the ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.Build positive relationships with staff and vendors.Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred3-5 years of related experience preferredGreat customer service skillsStrong problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task effectivelyAbility to stay on task with minimal directionMust be able to lift 25 pounds
