Application AdministratorLocation: Pompano Beach, Florida / RemoteDepartment: Technology & OperationsReports to: The Director of Technology Design and ManagementType: Full Time or Part Time / ContractSummaryThe Technology Design and Management team is responsible for managing major platforms that serve ministry needs. These Application Admin roles are centralized for the organization, support power users, and other admin users at regional or team levels. This includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP). We are looking to cover application admin needs for each platform. The Application Admin works with Platform Owners and the Director of Technology Design and Management to ensure that these major platforms are well supported and continue to increase in utilization and value for the ministry. Key Responsibilities

Connect with and serve our partners through personal Culture of Engagement (C.O.E.) responsibilities, up to 10% of your time annually.Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside OneHope, live out our OneHope DNA, and faithfully uphold OneHope in prayer.Additional tasks and responsibilities within the Technology Design and Management Team as directed.Platform Management

Support the platform owners with backlog management and prioritization.Update system configuration, monitor system performance, and roll out 3rd party system updates.Assist with financial tracking, invoice processing, contract renewals, and negotiation.Serve as the primary interface with the platform vendor for trouble ticket management.Coordinate Translation process for system needs, training, and documentation needs.Platform expertise and User Support

Proactively develop platform knowledge and expertise.Technical Support - troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on how to use the platform.Document and communicate operational or technology changes.Be an advocate for user concerns, usability, and the overall user experience.Training and Documentation

Support the development and organization of platform training tools and documentation of best practices.Conduct training sessions as needed.SkillsStrong understanding of general business functions and how software systems enable those functions.Basic understanding of the components of a software system.High degree of comfort and familiarity with enterprise platform systems.Strong attention to detail; aptitude for capturing details that fall through the cracks; meticulous note-taking skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.Ability to manage multiple workstreams with varying timelines and complexity with authority, passion, time management, and organization.Team player but able to work independently and self-direct projects and responsibilities.Desire to learn and to contribute to a culture of innovation.Ability to exercise a high level of confidentiality.English Required, bilingual preferred (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin).Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.). Ability to learn new software tools, as directed.QualificationsAssociate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.Basic understanding of non-profit organizations.2-3 Years minimum professional experience.Work EnvironmentThis position may require travel both domestically and internationally.Work will primarily be completed between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday (approx. 40-45 hours a week), with core hours from 9:30am-4pm (all times are US Eastern).Our work is international and may sometimes require flexibility to accommodate teams in different time zones.
