Individual(s) assigned to this category shall be responsible primarily for developing applications software for small to highly complex computer systems or portions of large integrated systems. The candidate shall translate detailed designs into computer software, prepare detailed flowcharts, develop code, and document, and test software. Duties may include creating or modifying administrative scientific, or system software on centralized and distributed systems and finding/fixing software defects in existing code. Duties may also include software test design, test data acquisition and analysis, and test result analysis and reporting.

Lead software design and development of tools and/or end-to-end data flowProvide/author documentation, lead and participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by software development procedures and processesProvide/author and participate in technical presentationsRequired Qualifications

TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate PolygraphMinimum 6 years of experience programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or PythonMinimum 5 years of experience developing in Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and/or UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environmentsMinimum 4 years of experience with programming CNO tools and techniques, 2 of which were for the US GovernmentMinimum 2 years in network sockets programming including developing packet-level programs using expert understanding of IP, TCP, and application-level protocolsRequired Technical Skills

Thorough C/C++ Development skillsExperience with NetworksExperience with IPv4 Protocol and NetworkingCan work well with a TEAMExperience with Python
