How you'll make an impact:

As a member of the Software Development team which implements end-to-end solutions for automotive IP and satellite features for SiriusXM family of services for use in Automotive, Marine and Aviation systems. Participate in software development and support efforts for software architectures, analysis of alternate implementations/techniques, design, implementation, documentation, and assisting our customers integrating our technology into their systems. SW tools and products with both Satellite and IP connectivity. Provide clear communications and accountability within and between teams and enable the teams to overcome obstacles. Be the champion of new features and of execution excellence in achieving it.

What you'll do:

Translate product and business requirements and objectives into technical solutions and architectures which are applicable and appropriate for automotive applications to implement features and products with OEM customers.

Implement requirements in the form of technical applications and solutions for advanced features for Sirius XM service delivery, via both satellite and IP paths.

Lead feasibility analyses, program effort estimates, and assist in work planning in a collaborative agile environment with multiple teams.

Provide risk analysis, prioritization, and scheduling of outstanding change requests (bugs) and feature enhancements.

Develop methods to utilize various software development/debug tools and train others to utilize effectively.

Provide expert technical support to Sirius XM's automotive partners in their design efforts and triage/troubleshoot difficult issues with them.
