Please send a resume to apply.Job ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other equipment problems.Provide basic technical support for desktop, laptop, server and networking issues.Ensure all issues are resolved promptly and support tickets are resolved quickly with minimal downtime for internal customers.Assist with the technical onboarding and training of new employees.Specific RequirementsProven technical expertise and resourcefulness.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment as well as Apple devices.Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.Superior customer service and prioritization skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.Ability to work in a fast paced environment.* Adopt and practice a commitment to social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.* Possess the initiative to obtain education related to sustainability practices.* Demonstrate an understanding of and follow established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations, cognizant of transactions, inquiries that appear suspicious, obtaining reasonable and verifiable explanations, notifying the Compliance Officer when necessary; completion of all web-based compliance training; resolution of all issues concerning BSA report reviews of suspicious activity and or cash transactions.Physical Demands:Sustained standing and sitting;Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.Equal Opportunity Statement:At Climate First Bank we truly believe that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our workforce are directly linked to our success.
