Join one of the nation's leading healthcare systems as an Epic Analyst consultant and provide intermediate level support to health professionals by facilitating assessment of current practice and translation of end user needs into the optimal configuration of clinical applications!As an Epic Analyst, you will use your expertise in one of these areas - Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Reporting, Technical or Operations - to impact patient care of tomorrow.

Clinical

- Roles across Inpatient, Ambulatory, and specialty modules (such as Beaker) and across experience levelsRevenue Cycle

- Roles across Billing, Access, and specialty modules and across experience levelsReporting

- Roles across BI, Clinical and Revenue Cycle and across experience levelsTechnical

- Roles across integrations, conversions, and database teams and across experience levelsOperations

- Roles including analysts, project managers, trainers, site leads and moreYou'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Must be able to travel up to 25%The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas:

Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Epic module(s)Collaborating with end users to design, build and optimize their Epic system in a timely and high-quality mannerEnsuring appropriate decisions, follow-up questions, and workflows/configuration clarifications are completed and documentedFacilitating communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementationTranslating business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specificationsContributing to Epic upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases; troubleshoot problems and questions from end usersProviding Technical / Clinical / Revenue cycle workflow consultation including application configurationReviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customersWorking with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materialsAdhering to organization standards for system configuration and change controlTroubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriateDetermining staffing requirements and supervising the work of any direct reports to ensure effective and efficient group functioningProviding support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on call coverage as requiredHours:

40 hours a week-M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (long term contract - 6 to 12 months, with possible extensions) Pay:

$80+/hour Location:

Nationwide - hybrid role, some travel may be requiredThis position offers:

Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badgesAt least one active Epic certification(s) with proof of certificate number(s)Any combination of certifications and/or experienceExperience with Epic systems build, test, optimization, support and training with clinical and revenue workflowsAbility to demonstrate and have a history of team management (informal or formal), cross-team communication and leadership skillsProficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePointAbility to travel 25% of the time e.g., Monday thru Thursday, depending on the role and project requirement. Travel is within the United States.Background checkDrug screening and other health screenings as needed
