The major function of this position is:

The candidate will be involved in the provision of ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services as well as support for the implementation of new projects. The candidate will be part of IT team and will work in a modern and international contest.

In order of importance, the principle responsibilities and duties of this position are:Monitor the overall system landscape, mostly based on Cloud infrastructure, so to grant smooth operations, anticipate issues and suggest actions.Analyze EWA reports, system logs, performance metrics, dumps and recommend/implement improvements.Collaborate with Cloud providers in the management of the systems, planning and monitoring the installation of OS/DB patches and system uplifts.Monitor SAP environments and ensure SAP systems are operating smoothly.Understand short-term and long-term technical requirements.Configure and operate SAP Transport Management System (TMS) to manage development objects and customization settings across SAP system landscape.Monitor the maintenance activities on SAP components such as FMS, EWM, PO, BW, BPC, BOBJ, BODS on HANA-DB and ASE-DB.Troubleshoot operational issues within the SAP landscape.Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Economics /Management2-3 years of experience preferably on SAP Business Suite on HANA solutions.Skills

Good understanding of SAP Netweaver technologies (Java and ABAP stacks)Good understanding of technical integration between SAP Applications (FMS, EWM, PO, BW, BPC, BOBJ, BODS) and other 3rd party systems via IDoc's, SCM Core Interface, RFC, JCo, JDBC/ODBC connections, WebServices, FTP/SFTP file transfers, NFS/CIFS shares.Experience with server sizing and capacity planning in an SAP environment on Cloud infrastructure (SAPS, vCPUs, RAM and file system sizing)Experience with SAP system client copies/system refreshes is a mustWorking knowledge of Linux, ASE-DB and HANA DBExperience in data archiving or document management with SAP applications is a plusExperience with SAP Support Packages/Release Upgrade is a plusDynamism, curiosity and keen to technology innovationTeam working and positive mindsetOrganized with assigned tasks and focused on in-time deliveryResilience and ability to work in fast pace environmentAbility to problem solvingAbility to travel
