Candidates must be able to work on a hybrid set-up in NY (2 days onsite per week)Must have strong experience in HBase and Java coding.
Requirements:•5+ years of experience in Hadoop and related technologies (HBase, Hive, HDFS)•Strong understanding of HBase architecture, HBase internals, and HBase client tuning•Strong experience with Hive 3, Spark and Oozie•2+ years of experience in Java development and associated technologies (Eg: Spring / JMX / JDBC).•Knowledge of modern development methodologies and tools (Jenkins/Maven/Jira).•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.•Experience with distributed systems architecture and system design.•Knowledge of Ansible.•Experience working with open-source software/community.
