The key roles and responsibilities include:
At least eight (8) years of relevant experienceMeeting the minimum credential requirements specified in DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01Providing Financial Analysis SupportSupporting procurement of equipment and materialsOffering subject matter expertise in Industrial Management and Workforce ManagementProviding support in Financial Management, Business Operations, and Maintenance Data SystemsBeing familiar with Shipyard systems such as COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Automated Training Management System (ATMS), Material Requirement (MRQT), Material Access Technology (MAT), Supervisors Desk (SUPDESK), Supplemental N5005424R3000 Administration Employee Management (SAEM), Project Sequencing and Scheduling (PSS), and Business ObjectsAssisting in designing, following, and updating standardized business processesPerforming GAP Analysis reviews to ensure timely and quality application deployment of Maritime System EnvironmentsProviding Metrics Support to assigned business areasSupporting core functions in Industrial Management, Workforce Management, Human Resources (Military and Civilian), Business Operations, and Maintenance Data SystemsProviding troubleshooting and analysis support for MARMC command applications and their future versionsConducting GAP analysis on MARMC command training needs, developing applicable training criteria based on the analysis resultsDeveloping application-specific training curriculum for MARMC usersDelivering MARMC command application training to Government civilian, military, and contractor usersDeveloping and updating MARMC specific user guides and training bulletins to address software application functionalityProviding personnel that meet or exceed the specified requirements with 100% complianceBenefits
