RSVLTS is hiring a passionate and dynamic Paid Social and Search Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This position is is integral to enhancing our brand's presence, creating strategic plans for both prospecting and remarketing/retention campaigns, driving targeted traffic, and boosting conversions through strategic social and search advertising campaigns. In this position, you will report directly to our Director.
So, what would your day look like?
****Build and launch ads in social and search platforms.
Create paid social and search strategy for product launches, remarketing and retention of customer base (RSVLTS Insiders) and new customer acquisition.
Collaborate with internal creative team to align on best practices and building recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
Develop media plans for both large and niche product launches based on consumer knowledge and successful historical campaign performance
Inclusive of building recommendations. This includes building recommendations such as budgets, targeting strategies, and understanding creative best practices.
Constantly monitor ads and make optimizations to ensure that they are on budget and meeting or exceeding ROI targets
Constantly find ways to improve the program performance and conduct ongoing testing and drive innovation
Bi-weekly reporting on campaign performance
Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned platform partners
What you bring to the table
**** 1-3
years experience, trafficking ads and driving quantifiable results for e-commerce/retail businesses across search and social platforms
In depth knowledge of Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager
Ability to design sales funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users
A self starter that has an entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on performance
Open to learning new platforms and eager to absorb knowledge from our exceptional marketing team.
Strong attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and internal financial reporting
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Must demonstrate ability to defend media choices both analytically and critically, taking all business objectives and marketing goals into consideration, while being agile & flexible to changing states of business

RSVLTS, founded in Hoboken, New Jersey, by two Seton Hall alumni, turned a crushing cease and desist from a major movie studio into a licensing partnership. That one partnership was then spun into partnerships with all major movie studios, WWE, and more. If you can think of it, we probably have it. Combining officially licensed designs with high-quality clothing, we've created a uniquely rad concept that our rabid, growing fanbase can't buy up fast enough. Taking inspiration from the indomitable spirit of Teddy Roosevelt, our brand name embodies the essence of boldness and innovation.
