We are looking for a
Full Stack Developer Manager!
Responsibilities:Provide vision, planning, and coordination for all software development and implementation activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirementsDesign and implement scalable backend solutions using Python, Django, and Fast-APIDevelop efficient and responsive frontend components using React and Next.jsApply Project Management best practices to meet project plan, time, and scope objectivesManage Software Quality Assurance for high-quality and reliable softwareCreate website layout/CRM software/user interface using HTML, CSS, Next.js, Python, Django, and Fast-APIUtilize Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles for well-structured and reusable code.Implement and optimize database interactions using ORM technologiesWrite comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software qualityParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peersTroubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution of bugs and technical challengesStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologiesQualifications:
Fluent in written and spoken EnglishBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong project portfolioProficiency in Python, Django, and Fast-API for backend developmentSolid understanding of OOP concepts and software design principlesExpertise in building responsive user interfaces using React and Next.jsExperience with ORM frameworks and efficient database interactionsFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholdersProactive and self-driven attitude towards learning and adopting new technologyKnowledge of front-end design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive web design (preferred)Familiarity with cloud services and deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) (preferred)Exposure to Agile development methodologies (preferred)Benefits:
