Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.Summary:
This position will manage all aspects of EDI including direct collaboration with our trading partner base to collect EDI specifications, initiate testing, plan go-live dates, and monitor post-onboarding activity. The EDI Integration Specialist will continue the migration of customers and warehouses from our legacy EDI platform to True Commerce and will be responsible for integration with our ERP system, Sage X3.
Day-To-Day:
Will be developing and maintaining EDI Maps - need to understand the documentsPutting together segmentsParticipate in Tier 1 & Tier 2 help desk activities for business applications and EDI systemsWill be contacting customers/suppliers and working through the integrations with their ERP system so need to have professional skills and business acumenEnd-to-end Edi testing, including integration with Sage X3 ERPPricing structure setup within Sage X3 ERPMonday through Friday daily meeting 9-930 weekly stand upProjects
Moving pricing from EDI to ERP system. This person will come in and continue this process from where the previous person left offCustomer implementationsTop Must-Haves:
EDI experience - ideally 4-5+ years: EDI integrations, mapping, segments, understanding of all documentation requiredERP experience, they use Sage X3, but are open to any ERP system (SAP is a common competitor)Need to have an understanding of EDI Documentation - these are the common ones they'll be working within

Strong Excel experience
will be handling quite a bit of document/documentation manipulation

Industry - manufacturing (would be most ideal) or Food and Beverage, medical device, pharmaTrue Commerce EDI - not expecting someone to have this, but if they do major sales, this is the platform they are moving toExperience with Crystal reports
