Essential ResponsibilitiesQuickly and efficiently handle all initial support requests submitted to the support services desk (Freshdesk). Escalate support incidents as appropriate.Perform installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, drives, and other devices.Script program installations for Microsoft MDT imaging server.Troubleshoot for network and server issues.Assist with the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.Maintain active certifications and training, utilizing team training budget.Complete additional duties as assigned.Requirements

Associates Degree required; Bachelor s Degree in related field preferred.1-3 years relevant support desk work experience required (installing and configuring workstation hardware and software packages, telephone (VOIP), and numerous SaaS application).Network and hardware administration and troubleshooting ability required.PowerShell scripting capabilities required.Microsoft SQL, Cisco, and Schneider Electric s Continuum/EcoStruxure experience preferred.Various product certifications a plus.Strong customer service skills and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal/external clients.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills & Requirements Qualifications
