Job DescriptionRequirementsAssist in Presales Support, Solution Design, and Architectural planning.Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, maximizing out-of-the-box features.Develop scalable, high-performance, and secure technical architectures.Create detailed technical documentation for design and implementation.Manage integrations with external systems via APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.Ensure seamless data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other systems.Design data models and maintain data sources in the ServiceNow CMDB and base tables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring industry best practices.Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, features, and industry trends.Optimize ServiceNow application performance and resolve bottlenecks.Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all implemented solutions.Preferred certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), IT Service Management (ITSM), plus any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
