Roles and Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with different teams to troubleshoot customer issuesAssist with training and onboarding new customers or productsWork with Product Owners to develop and prioritize the backlog and Operations product visionCollaborate with agile teams daily, clarifying details and answering questions about direction or strategy, and actively participate in Scrum events and other planning activitiesDevelop, categorize, and prune internal documentationNotice data trends which need to be surfaced and build/maintain reporting dashboardsMonitor team performance and provide advice for any necessary process improvementsThink independently to solve difficult operational and technical problems
Experience & Qualifications
4+ years working as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or Product Analyst10+ years overall IT experience2+ years providing exceptional customer service, especially with crisis management2+ years operating in a SaaS environment: you should be familiar with high-level concepts of databases, cloud computing (AWS), software development, security, etc. '1+ years technical experience with SQL (Python or R acceptable)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-taskExperience with Jira, Confluence, and Diagramming software such as Lucid Chart / VisioAbility to use data analysis concepts to analyze product dataStrong experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Word)Detail and process oriented with focus on continuous improvements to maximize efficienciesComfortable working as part of a cross-functional teamDemonstrated successful experience learning new technologies or overcoming challenges.
