Position: Sr. Web DeveloperLocation: Indianapolis, INDuration: +6 Months Contract position
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in an Information Systems, Computer Science, or Digital-related field5-10 years of experience in web developmentKnowledge of AWS, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, API's, responsive web design, general web functions and standardsExperience in working in Scrum - Agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management (GITHUB), build processes, Jira.5+ years in a Digital Marketing, Program Management, or Information and Digital Solutions organizationProactive mindset that can solve issues and involve stakeholders.Experience leading a team of developers and managing deliverables with senior business stakeholders.Experience working directly with the US affiliate, Corporate Communications team, and global teams.Experience engaging with business stakeholders directly for day-to-day operations.Ability to understand business requirements and effectively translate business needs and process into technical terms, and vice versa.Experience working across multiple customer groups.Demonstrated understanding of the consumer marketing channels and business areas (Search, social, website)Demonstrated understanding of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager7+ years professional experience building responsive, user-friendly web applications.Proficient understanding of base front end development technologies including HTML5/CSS3/JavaScriptSignificant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management using React.js / ReduxSolid experience using best practices when working with REST APIsBuilding reusable components and front-end libraries for future useExperience in developing secure web applications and knowledge of application vulnerabilities such as Cross Site Scripting (XSS), Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) etc.Debug SEO-related issues that could arise as a result of Page Rank, client-side code, and much more.Developed component-based UI frameworks.Experience writing component library & creating style component.Experience with optimizing applications including JavaScript profiling, memory usage, and page speed optimization.Experience with 2D visualization libraries like D3 is a plus.Strong learning agilityStrong verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detailHave strong self-management skills and ability to work in ambiguity.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
